Identify and address specific areas of weakness or opportunity, based on consultation that can include:
Communication Skills (Verbal, Listening, Giving/Receiving Feedback, etc.)
Professional and Work Skills (Organization, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Time Management, Planning, Accountability, Integrity, etc.)
Personal and Interpersonal Skills (Self-Awareness, Confidence, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Direction, Relationship Building, etc.)
Leadership and Management Skills (Team Building, Leadership/Development of Staff, Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Diplomacy/Tact, Managing Difficult Situations, Performance Management, etc.)
This leadership coaching will assist new managers in becoming successful and help current managers become more effective.
